Turn off Windows Updates in Windows 7

if you want to turn off windows 7 update just follow the following steps

1. Press ( windows start button + R )
2. Type Services
3. Window will open
4. Find windows update
5. Double click windows update
6. Click stop
7. Change the Startup type to Disable
8. Click OK

You have successfully save your settings

1. Next find the Windows search
2. Double click windows search
3. Click stop
4. Change  the startup type to Disable
5. Click OK

Thats it windows update are now disabled
