Can't connect to a shared printer?

The Printer doesn't always install successfully or you may get a message that you can't connect to this printer . The 1st step is to make sure of the basic settings of your pc and that the printer is shared correctly and it is connected to the same network as the computer you want to add and you make sure that print sharing is enabled on the computer

To fixed this, follow this simple and very easy steps

1. Try to remove the shared printer to do this go to control panel
2. Right click on the printer and choose remove device
3. Ask the user of the printer to share again
4. Now  try to connect again to the shared printer
5. Restart your pc 
6. and try to print again
