Clean Installation of Windows 10

First you need a Bootable Flash Drive or a Windows Installation Disk and Drivers

if you have all this you can proceed :)

Follow this simple steps:

1. Set your PC to boot from CD/DVD or USB
2. Insert your Bootable flash drive or windows Installation disk
3. Restart your PC
4. Start your computer , When the pc starts, press any key if you are asked,Windows Setup will begin shortly
5. Select your preferred language,Time and currency format,Keyboard or input method then click next
6. Click install now button
7. Accept the  licence terms
8. choose the Custom installation
9. Select your preferred Disk drive or you can create a new partition
10. Select the drive you want to install windows
11. Click next
12. after you have finished installing windows and your computer has started,
13. type your preferred user name and pc name click next
14. type your password if you want or leave it none
15. enter your product key and then click Next
16. Choose recommended windows Update settings
17. Select your timezone and time
18. Set your preferred network type
19. Install all drivers

And that's it you have now a fresh install of windows 10
